Well, I just got a boy friend and I have no clue what to give hem so if anybody's got any good ideas I'm open to anything. Thanks.
Maybe an aftershave. colone, cd or something.
This a good question. I hae no idea what to get him.
well it really depends on the guy, I'd hate to be baught after-shave/cologne by someone who doesn't know me well, as they'd likely buy me something they like not what they think i'd like, and i'd hate that. you could be normal and buy chocolates i guess I'm sure guys like chocolates. some guys also like stuffed toys, for example, it will depend much on his age and what he likes.
lol, just a hint. if you buy him a i d bracelet, double check and make sure it has the right guys name on it heheheh smiles. just ask dan. heheheh
lol, when dan and i first started dating. I baught him a bracelet and had his name engraved on it and a little something engraved on the inside from me. lol. luckily i had someone with me when i was getting this done and they read it. lol it's said doug instead of dan. hehehehhe that could have been bad. hehehe
I have bought chocolates, stuffed animals, electronic toys.. pc games and such for my hubby. He loved all of them. It was just the thought of actually getting something for valentines day.
lol shea.
I seriously don't consider Valentine's a holiday because I'm single. I refuse to celebrate the holiday because all people use the holiday for is to buy each other gifts. When really Valentine's is about love and romance.
So my only idea is to do something romantic for your man. Depending on what he likes and doesn't like have him make a list of what he wants for Valentine's and another for ideas of what to do on the actual holiday. And just update it once in a while. It saves both parties embarassment when it comes time to tell friends and family what you both did and got each other for the holiday.
I currently have a boyfriend. He enjoys operas and plays, and I asked him if he wanteed to see Michel Flatley's Lord of the Dance. (I was shocked when he told me he had never heard of this group of Irish dancers.) Anyway, I got the tickets, he drove us to the sho, and afterword, he told me the performance was better than Fantom of the Opera. I'm glad he enjoyed it. It sure beats the stuffing out of a box of chocolates and a card.
I agree with the Lion. Valentine's day is a romantic holiday, and big companies use it to get people to buy heir parrtner stuff. I'd rather have a very romantic date with someone than just a gift, to be onnest.
v-day is much overrated of course chocolate always works lol
Mmmm chocolate, :P
Yes, chocolate is always good. lol
I like flowers people, but I'd love a romantic date instead of gifts because that's what V day is love. If you whish to give a guy a gift see what type of things he likes, but a cooked dinner, or lunch from your hands, a snuggle evening, or just a nice walk hand in hand is the gift that keeps giving because he'll remember these things over that gift he's got, but some how forgot who gave it to him.
Just my thoughts.
That's it, forereel.
let's see......
for Valentines Day I'd give a guy..........
Well, it depends how special this guy is. If he's a friend, I'd buy him his fave candy or a gift card.
But if he were my Boyfriend, I'd probably take him out to eat, take him to a concert, or to a sports event.
Perhaps just a sweet card
Make sure it has bright pink hearts! JKJK!
No, just a sweet card should do, though.
